Automotive Oil Sales Manager Shanghai, Yingkou, Jinan, Hefei To Be Discussed 2025-08-26
Job Responsibilities:

1. Complete the promotion and sales of automotive oil products in accordance with the targets set by the company;

2. Be responsible for maintaining existing customers, developing end customers or agents, building a sales network, and expanding the market to the maximum extent;

3. Timely collect and organize market information, including but not limited to customers' business status, changes in product demand, competitors' trends, and product customer feedback;

4. Fulfill sales payment collection;

5. Assist superiors in optimizing market approaches within the sales area;

Qualifications:

Job Responsibilities:

1. Formulate sales plans based on the company’s sales strategies and targets, and fully manage the sales work in the designated regions;
2. Be responsible for the company’s product sales in the assigned area, as well as building the sales team and establishing a sales network;
3. Grasp the market dynamics and development trends in the jurisdiction, and propose specific regional marketing plans, as well as detailed marketing workflows and rules based on market changes;
4. Manage the channels in the jurisdiction, establish long-term and stable cooperative relationships with major distributors in the area, and expand the blank market in the region to the maximum extent;
5. Complete sales tasks and collect sales payments;
6. Timely collect and organize market information, including but not limited to product prices of customers and competitors, customers’ business status and risks, changes in product demand, competitors’ trends, and customer feedback on our products;
7. Timely provide feedback and suggestions on product development, sales channel management and the company’s overall business development;
8. Manage the sales staff in the jurisdiction, be responsible for business training, performance appraisal, supervision and inspection of subordinates, and dynamically optimize and allocate marketing resources accordingly;
9. Coordinate and handle various emergencies in the jurisdiction;
10. Lead the sales team in the responsible area to complete other tasks assigned by superiors.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree or above;
2. More than 5 years of work experience in mechanical, parts, chemical, non-ferrous metals (metallurgical industry), aluminum rolling, mining or lubricant medium enterprises; candidates with outstanding performance are preferred;
3. Strong leadership, strong sense of responsibility, and strong goal execution ability;
