Dr. Wu Feng, the chairman of Tepulank Chemical (Yingkou) Co., Ltd., was awarded the French "Knight's Cross" in recognition of his outstanding contributions to China-France trade and exchanges in both professional and personal fields over the years.

The "Knight's Medal" of the French Republic is a kind of honor medal in France, established by Napoleon. Originally, it was mainly awarded to French citizens who had made outstanding contributions in wars. In 1963, under the advocacy of French President de Gaulle, the "Knight's Medal" was re-established.
